REITs Set Q4 Earnings Calls

 

The public REITs have announced times for upcoming earnings calls for the three-month period ended Dec. 31, 2023. They are:

•    Public Storage will host a call at 12 pm ET, Wednesday, February 21.
•    Extra Space Storage will host a call at 1 pm ET, on Wednesday, Feb. 28.
•    National Storage Affiliates will host a call at 1 pm ET on Thursday, February 29.
•    CubeSmart will host a call on Q4 at 11 am ET on Friday, March 1.

Hix Snedeker Cos. Sold a CubeSmart-managed facility in Ridgecrest, California, for $5.7 million. The building was a former Walmart.
