Public Storage Finalizes NSA Acquisition

 

Public Storage completed its $10.5 billion acquisition of National Storage Affiliates Trust on July 22. The deal takes Public Storage to over 4,500 properties spanning 327 million rentable square feet. NSA common shareholders received .14 of a Public Storage common share for each NSA common share held.
