SkyView Brokers Sales Across U.S.

 

SkyView Advisors brokered the sale of the following storage properties:


•    Brock Self Storage in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
•    Alum Rock Self Storage in San Jose, California.
•    Storelocal Grain Valley in Grain Valley, Missouri.

 

 

Devon to Manage Houston Facility

 

Devon Self Storage assumed management of four storage facilities located in Houston, Texas. Devon, a member of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, manages 191 properties across the U.S.

 

Georgia Public Storage Sells

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Public Storage (managed) in Sugar Hill, Georgia. The seller was a local developer and the buyer was a Spartanburg, South Carolina-based developer.

 

Spartan Added 13 Properties in 2024

 

Spartan Investment Group added $175 million in acquisitions to its storage portfolio in 2024, including 13 new properties and six new markets. Spartan is based in Golden, Colorado.

 

Talonvest Arranges Loan for Rialto

 

Talonvest Capital arranged $80 million in non-recourse financing on behalf of Rialto Capital Management for a loan for an 8-property portfolio in Florida, South Carolina and Georgia operating under the Your Storage Units brand.  

 

SmartStop Buys Three Properties

 

SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc. acquired facilities in Washington, D.C., San Jose, California, and Ladera Ranch, California.

 

LuxeLocker Starts Arizona Project

 

LuxeLocker Storage began construction on a $18.5 million storage facility in Goodyear, Arizona, which is scheduled to open in early 2026.

 

Mitra Buys Michigan Property

 

Mitra Investment Partners acquired Thornapple Self Storage in Middleville, Michigan.
