North Carolina Asset Changes Hands

 

The Storage Acquisition Group brokered the sale of Pinnacle Storage in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

 

 

 

Absolute to Manage Georgia Asset

 

Absolute Storage Management will operate McFarland Parkway Storage in Alpharetta, Georgia.

 

StorageVault Heads to Canada

 

StorageVault Canada Inc. has acquired two stores in Ontario for $20 million.

 

Prime Adds in Southeast

 

Prime Storage purchased Coastal Mini Storage in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for $10 million. The seller was Coastal Mini Storage of Wilmington, NC.  

 

Developer Plans Nashville Project

 

Wedgewood Avenue development firm will build a self storage facility in Nashville, Tennessee, in the city’s East Bank

Ares Buys Florida Storage

 

Ares Management purchased a Storage King building in Kendall, Florida, for $20 million.

 

Marcus & Millichap Brokers Texas Deal

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Lock & Key Storage in Hillsboro, Texas. The buyer was a limited liability company.

 

Developers Plan Jersey Office Conversion

 

An office building in New Jersey may be converted to self storage. The owners of 600 Corporate Drive in the Lebanon Borough are seeking approval from the Land Use Board to convert the building, according to MyCentralJersey.

 

Argus Brokers Arizona Transaction


Keller Williams Commercial brokered the sale of Ourspace Storage in Wellton, Arizona. The brokerage is an Argus affiliate.

 

Wisconsin Storage Expanding

 

In-N-Out Storage will construct two new buildings at its location in Plymouth, Wisconsin, according to the Plymouth Review.
