DXD Sells Las Vegas Asset to Westport

DXD Capital sold a storage facility in the Summerlin South submarket of Las Vegas, Nevada, in an off-market transaction with Buchanan Street Partners. The buyer was Westport Properties, who will rebrand to US Storage Centers.
