Tourbineau Real Estate Partners has proposed converting a four-story office building in downtown San Francisco to self storage, according to SF Yimby. 

 

10 Federal Buys 2 in Texas

 

10 Federal Storage acquired Storage Plus and Park Lane Storage, both in Georgetown, Texas, and will open a third location in the area in July, according to Community Impact.

 

DXD Partnership Starts 3 Projects

 

DXD Capital broke ground on three facilities developed in partnership with Mar-Gulf Management Inc. and MDI Capital. The facilities are in Georgetown, Texas, Sarasota, Florida, and Richmond, Virginia.

BCT Capital LLC acquired SBS Construction with the existing SBS executive team retaining an ownership stake in the company. Founded in 1995, SBS Construction is based in Boerne, Texas, and offers design-build for the storage industry.
