ARCO delivered a new storage facility for Nuvo Development in Magnolia, New Jersey. Extra Space Storage will operate the facility. 

 

Talonvest Closes $45M for Two Clients

 

Talonvest Capital secured a $20.4 million permanent loan refi for America Recess for a facility in Santa Rosa, California, and a $25 million construction loan for 1784 Holdings for construction in Huntington Station, New York.  

 

Marcus & Millichap Brokers Multiple Deals

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the following sales:

•    I-40 RV Storage in Amarillo, Texas. The buyer was a Michigan-based investment group.
•    A 12-property portfolio spanning five states. The seller was a joint venture between Snapbox Self Storage and CSM Capital Corporation, and the buyer was Etude Capital. 
•    ACI Self Storage in Abilene, Texas, to SW Group Realty, which operates Greenkey Storage. 

 

SmartStop Buys Near Orlando

 

SmartStop Self Storage acquired a storage facility in Winter Garden, Florida, the REIT’s fifth location in the Orlando market.

SkyView Advisors brokered the sale of Secure Store in Salem, Virginia.

 

Newmark Sells Georgia Asset

 

Newmark brokered the sale of an Extra Space Storage (managed) facility in Lithonia, Georgia. 

 

Storage Opens in Western New York

 

GS Self Storage opened in West Valley, New York. The project is owned by Glen Smith Enterprise, according to Springfield Journal.

Developer Plans Upstate New York Storage

 

Barefoot Land Co. purchased a site in Greece, New York, and plans to build a self storage facility, according to Rochester Business Journal. 

 

Operator Plans Vermont Conversion

 

Northstar Self Storage will repurpose a former True Value Hardware store in Brattleboro, Vermont, to self storage.
