Go Store It Opens in California

 

Go Store It opened a new facility in Monterey Park, California. The operator is an affiliate of Madison Capital Group.

 

Pogoda Adds Two in Michigan

 

Pogoda Companies will manage two properties in Goodrich and Traverse City, Michigan. They will be rebranded under Pogoda’s National Storage flag.

 

Marcus & Millichap Brokers California Sale

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of CubeSmart (managed) in Ridgecrest, California. The seller was a development group from Alabama. The building was converted from a Walmart Center in 2022.

 

SNL to Convert Long Island Property

 

SNL Storage purchased an industrial property in Babylon, New York, and will redevelop it into a storage facility. The property sold for $5 million.

 

Absolute Adds Georgia Client

 

Absolute Storage Management will operate Flying Tiger Storage in Valdosta, Georgia.

 

Storage Treasures App Released

 

OpenTech Alliance has launched the Storage Treasures online storage auction app. The app uses friendly interfaces and tools to drive higher participation rates and final sale prices.

 

1784 Holdings Gets Construction Loan

 

Talonvest Capital, Inc. secured a $53 million construction loan for 1784 Holdings to build a facility in Bethesda, Maryland.

 

Developer Plans California Storage

 

Carlo Development has received a permit to build a new storage facility in Ceres, California, according to The Ceres Courier.

 

Developer Opens Upstate Facility

 

Cook Properties opened a new storage facility in Spencerport, New York, according to Rochester Business Journal.

 

U-Haul Opens Arizona Asset

 

U-Haul opened a new storage facility in Apache Junction, Arizona.
