Turnbull Sells California Asset

 

Turnbull Equity sold a storage facility in Morgan Hill, California, to a San Francisco-based investment group.

 

 

JLL Sells Georgia Portfolio

 

JLL Capital Markets brokered the sale of a three-property storage portfolio in Augusta, Georgia. Rialto Capital was the seller and Storage Star was the buyer. 

 

SSM Releases AI Agent

 

Self Storage Manager release SAMARA, its new AI Agent embedded in the SSM Cloud platform. SAMARA brings conversational artificial intelligence into daily operations. 

 

StoreEase Unveils Virtual Console Flex

 

StoreEase released the Virtual Console Flex, a new deployment of its EaseOS platform that brings AI-powered coverage into traditionally staffed stores without disrupting the operator’s current model or office.

 

Public Storage Invests in Pacific Northwest

 

Public Storage acquired the 14-property Money Saver Mini Storage portfolio in Washington and Oregon for $151 million.

•    The two-property UpLift Self Storage portfolio in Homewood and Birmingham, Alabama. 
•    Extra Space Storage (managed) facility in West Jordan, Utah.
•    A five-property Double D Storage portfolio in Monahans, Texas

 

Argus Sells Florida Assets

 

Argus Self Storage Advisors’ Coastal Storage Group brokered the following sales: 


•    A storage development site in Davenport, Florida.
•    Treasure Cove Storage in Fort Pierce, Florida.
