ARCO/Murray partnered with SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc. to deliver a new storage facility in Mill Creek, Washington, near Seattle. ARCO/Murray provided engineering, permitting and construction services.

 

 

 

Sands Brokers Michigan Investment

 

Sands Investment Group brokered the sale of Arnold Self Storage in Midland, Michigan. David Perleshi and Frank DeSalvo represented the seller. Scott Rihm and Jesse Luke of EquiCap Commercial represented the buyers.

 

Marcus & Millichap Announces Sales

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the following sales:

• Davie Self-Storage in Davie, Florida. The asset sold for $4.2 million. Douglas Mandel, Tyler S. Kuhlman and Zachary Levine marketed the property on behalf of Noel & Betty Alston.

• Coastal Boat & RV Storage in Angleton, Texas. Dave Knobler Charles "Chico" LeClaire listed the property on behalf of a local developer. 

 

Westport Heads to Chicago

 

Westport Properties acquired storage facilities in Chicago and Wilmette, Illinois, its first two in the state. The properties will be rebranded US Storage Centers. MJ Partners Self Storage Group represented the seller in the transaction.

 

3650 Lends on Miami Asset

 

3650 REIT originated a $23 million loan to sponsor Americas Capital Partners to refinance Aventura Self Storage in Miami. The property is managed by Public Storage.

 

W.P. Carey Merges, Adds 65 Assets

 

W. P. Carey Inc. completed its merger with Corporate Property Associates 18 – Global Incorporated. The deal adds a portfolio of 65 storage properties.
 

Crist Property Refis California Assets

 

Talonvest secured a $33 million loan for Crist Property Company to refinance six storage properties in California. The properties are in the cities of Stockton, Salinas, Tracy, Modesto, Paso Robles, and Hollister. The Talonvest team responsible for this assignment included David DiRienzo, Jim Davies, Mason Brusseau, Parker Crockett, and Thalia Tovar.

UTEX Storage Partners acquired a new facility in San Antonio, Texas.

Midcoast Sells North Carolina Property

 

Midcoast Properties, Inc. brokered the sale of Granite City Storage in Mt. Airy, North Carolina. Michael Morrison represented the seller and worked alongside Jesse Luke of Equicap Commercial to facilitate the transaction. The facility was sold to a regional buyer.

 

MacKenzie Represents on Maryland Sale

 

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale of a four-property storage portfolio in Cecil County, Maryland, to Boundary Ventures, LLC for $18.8 million.
