CushWake Sells Philly Portfolio

Cushman & Wakefield advised on the sale of a two-property portfolio north of Center City Philadelphia to North Palisade Partners.

SecureLease Announces Platform Enhancements

SecureLease launched SecureSCOPE, SecureInventory and SecureStudio. The enhancements give operators stronger tools for reporting, documentation and branding while adding revenue and reducing expenses. SecureSCOPE is a reporting and analytics platform. SecureInventory helps tenants create a digital inventory of stored items. SecureStudio is a new storefront within the SecureLease ecosystem.

JLL Advises on 15-Property Sale for SROA

JLL Capital Markets advised on the $98 million sale of a 15-property portfolio located in Kentucky, South Carolina and Florida on behalf of SROA Capital. The buyer was Washington Street Investment Partners, who operate the LocalStorage Group brand.

Poole Joins JustStorage

JustStorage has named Mark Poole as vice president of operations. He will oversee operational performance across the company’s portfolio. Pool recently served three terms as president of the Florida SSA.
