Westport Expands to Utah

 

Westport Properties acquired three storage facilities in Utah, its first expansion to the state. The facilities are in Cottonwood Heights, Draper and Millcreek. 

 

 

Aztec Finances Feldman Asset

 

Aztec Group arranged $14.5 million in financing for Tamiami Storage in Miami, Florida. The project was developed by the Feldman Companies in 2024.

 

Boardwalk Adds to Georgia Portfolio

 

Boardwalk Development Group acquired its second facility in Hiram, Georgia. Boardwalk will redevelop portions of the property. 

 

Graham Gains Approval in Virginia

 

Graham Real Estate received approval to develop a storage facility in Goochland County, Virginia, according to Richmond BizSense.

 

Marcus & Millichap Handles Sales

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the following sales:

•    Winnipesaukee Self Storage in Gilford, New Hampshire. The seller was a New Hampshire developer and U-Haul was the buyer.
•    Sandoval Storage in Laredo, Texas. 

 

EquiCap Manages Mid-West Sales

 

EquiCap Commercial negotiated the sale of All Inn Storage in East Alton, Illinois, and Foristell Storage in Foristell, Missouri. 

 

M Bar C Offers RV Canopies

 

M Bar C Construction offers high-clearance steel canopies to protect RVs and boats. The line is supported by a collaboration with Ideal Partners Group. 

 

STORE to Manage California Asset

 

STORE Management expanded to California with the opening of a facility in Fairfield. The property is owned by Wentworth Property Company.

 

Talonvest Arranges Colorado Financing

Talonvest Capital closed $7.2 million in equity for two Colorado storage facilities in Golden and Grand Junction. 

 

Yardi: Investment Activity Rebounds 

 

Storage investment activity rebounded in 2025 with $5.9 billion in transactions as of November 21, according to Yardi Matrix. The amount exceeds the total for 2024.
