Storelocal Refis Nashville Assets

Affinius Capital closed a $17.25 million loan to refinance a two-property Storelocal portfolio in the greater Nashville, Tennessee, region. The loan was made to Pruit Investments.

Dry Dock & Lock in Aledo, Texas.
Pink Door Storage & RV in Magna, Utah, to Zoke Group.

Andover Adds Florida Asset

Andover Properties acquired MegaCenter Miramar in Miramar, Florida. The property is a combination of self storage, warehouse space and office suites.

Talonvest Closes $205M Loan for Etude

Talonvest Capital Inc, closed two portfolio loans totaling $205.2 million on behalf of Etude Capital. The portfolios encompass 31 assets in eight Midwest and Sunbelt states.

Lindsey Brokers 10-Store Portfolio

Lindsey Self Storage Group brokered the sale of a 10-store portfolio.

UTEX Plans California Storage Development

UTEX Storage Partners obtained $23.4 million in construction financing from JLL for what will be Chula Vista Storage in Chula Vista, California.
