Rosewood Property Company acquired a storage facility in Atlanta, Georgia, the company’s second in the state. Extra Space Storage will serve as property manager.

Storage Sales Jump 62%

 

U.S. self storage sales jumped 62% in the third quarter of 2025 to nearly $1.6 billion compared to a year earlier, according to StorageCafe’s sales report. It’s the strongest quarter of the year so far.

Brookfield, GIC to Buy Australian Storage Company

 

Brookfield Asset Management and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, GIC, have agreed to buy Australia’s National Storage in a deal valued at $2.7 billion.
