Marcus & Millichap brokered the following sales:

•    StoreEase Capshaw Road in Huntsville, Alabama. Ian Lindahl, Adam Schlosser, Chico LeClair and Eddie Greenhalgh marketed the property on behalf of StoreEase. The buyer was Reliant Real Estate Management, operating under the Midgard Self Storage brand.
•    Route 59 Self Storage in Ravenna, Ohio. Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe marketed the property on behalf of an LLC.

 

Blue Vista Adds 5 Facilities

 

Blue Vista Capital Management purchased five storage assets in Naples, Venice, Cocoa and Land O’Lakes, Florida and Mesa, Arizona.

Synergy Storage opened in Burns, Tennessee. The property is owned by Jeremy and Jennifer Perkins.

 

SkyView Sells South Carolina Asset

 

SkyView Advisors brokered the sale of Eden Terrace Self Storage in Rock Hill, South Carolina, near Charlotte. Codey Dalton and Aaron Sanchez managed the transaction.

 

Meridian Brokers Florida Storage

 

Meridian Storage Group brokered the sale of Your Self Storage in Dunnellon, Florida.

 

Tenant Finds Australian Partner

 

Tenant Inc. has partnered with Kennard’s Self Storage in Australia to onboard their 106 locations. Tenant offers a cloud-based all-in-one software as a service.

 

MN Storage Buys Six

 

MN Storage Group LLC acquired six facilities across, Willmar, Alexandria and Redwood Falls, Minnesota, for $18 million. MN Storage Group now has 11 facilities.

 

Argus Manages Massachusetts Facility

 

North Andover Self Storage in North Andover, Massachusetts, opened in August. The facility will be managed by Argus Professional Storage Management.

 

Security Robots on Patrol

 

Knightscope, Inc., a developer of autonomous security robots and blue light emergency communication system, has a contract for five K5 autonomous security robots with an unnamed self storage company. The robots will patrol locations in Oregon and California.

 

U-Haul to Convert Georgia Warehouse

 

U-Haul will convert a former Sunbelt Rentals warehouse in Warner Robins, Georgia, to self storage. U-Haul acquired the property in March.

 

True Storage Opens Northeast Facility

 

True Storage opened a facility in Methuen, Massachusetts. The ground-up development is True Storage’s 22nd facility. CubeSmart will manage the property.

 

Franklin Street Brokers Arizona Deal

 

Franklin Street brokered the sale of Cougar Self Storage in Chino Valley, Arizona. David Perlleshi and Frank DeSalvo represented the seller, Valor Self Storage.

 

Midcoast Active in Georgia

 

Midcoast Properties brokered the sale of Philema Self Storage in Leesburg, Georgia. Michael Morrison represented the seller. The facility sold to a regional buyer.

 

Frontera Plans LA Development

 

Frontera Real Estate Investments will develop a storage facility in Lancaster, California. BWE arranged a $10 million construction loan.

 

Steverson Named Boardwalk President

 

Boardwalk Development Group has named Doug Steverson president. Steverson was previously director of acquisitions. Boardwalk was founded in 2016 by Rajen Sheth.
