Hayth Names 10 Federal President

 

10 Federal Storage named Geoff Hayth, president of its DaVinci Lock division, as company president and chief customer experience officer. Brian Oakley was promoted to chief technology officer. Beau Agnello was hired as chief operating officer.

Andover Properties and Heitman have formed a joint venture focused on growing a self storage portfolio. The venture launched with 106 properties across 16 states.

The publicly traded REITs have announced when they will release Q3 earnings results. 

•    CubeSmart will release results Thursday, Oct. 29.
•    Extra Space Storage will release results Tuesday, Oct. 27.
•    Public Storage will release results Tuesday, Oct. 27.
•    SmartStop Storage will release results Thursday, Nov. 5.
