UTEX Refis Florida Properties

 

Affinius Capital and Axonic Capital provided $43 million to refinance a two-property storage portfolio in Pembroke Pines and Coral Gables, Florida, for UTEX Storage Partners.

 

Wisconsin Plant to Be Repurposed

 

An affiliate of Cedarburg Storage Company purchased the former Wausau Equipment plant in New Berlin, Wisconsin, and intends to convert the property to storage.

 

Developer to Convert New York Grocery

 

Developer Morgan Brittan LLC will convert the former Big Lots/Wegmans Food Markets property in Greece, New York, to a Stor-It Self Storage location.
