Baranof Holdings acquired StorQuest Self Storage in Tampa, Florida, from a William Warren Group affiliate for $8.25 million. StorQuest will continue to operate the asset.

 

 

 

Andover Adds Pair in Denver 

 

Andover Properties acquired a two-property portfolio in the Denver, Colorado, metro area. The properties will operate under the Storage King USA brand.

 

NSA Shareholders to Vote July 14

 

National Storage Affiliates Trust has agreed to merge with a subsidiary of Public Storage in a stock-for-stock transaction that will see each NSA common share converted into .14 Public Storage common shares. Upon closing, former NSA shareholders are expected to own about 5.8% of the combined company. Common shareholders will vote on the merger July 14.

 

Inland Refinances Storage Portfolio

 

An affiliate of Inland Real Estate Group secured a $42 million senior loan from 3650 Capital to refinance a storage portfolio. Devon Self Storage will operate the assets. 

 

BRB Development Gets Loan from Talonvest

 

Talonvest Capital secured a $48 million loan for a six-property storage portfolio for BRB Development. 

 

Alabama Storage Sells

 

Bama Mini-Storage in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, traded for $3.6 million, according to AL.com. Marcus & Millichap marketed the property and secured the Alabama-based LLC that purchased the asset.
