CubeSmart acquired a storage facility in Phoenix, Arizona, as the initial property in a $250 million self storage venture with CBRE Investment Management. 

 

MakoRabco Enters Flex Space Market

 

MakoRabco partnered with Flex Space Nation with MakoRabco serving as a strategic development and construction partner. Flex space is a hybrid of self storage, light industrial and small business workspace.

Alpha Omega Store All acquired a storage facility in Dallas, Georgia. Absolute Storage Management will manage the property. 

 

XPS Integrates with QuikStor

 

XPS Solutions has expanded integration with QuikStor. The integration allows XPS call center and remote management teams to gain real-time access to facility data. 

 

Wilda Joins Anytime Storage 

 

Sydnie Wilda has joined Anytime Storage Property Management as business development manager.

Madison Capital Merges BlueGate with Storage

 

Madison Capital Group Holdings merged its BlueGate Boat & RV Storage brand into its Go Store It Self Storage platform. The company also launched Madison Marinas, a dedicated division to oversee its marina investments.
