Janus Buys Kiwi II Construction

 

Janus International Group has acquired California-based Kiwi II Construction for $97.2 million. The acquisition allows Janus to offer a more comprehensive suite of products to self storage owners. Kiwi II CEO Wayne Woolsey will join Janus, and Kiwi II will continue to operate under its own brand name.

  
“We believe that the acquisition of Kiwi II will enhance our ability to continue to serve and support our customers with high quality products and solutions to help them develop and redevelop more efficiently,” said Ramey Jackson, Janus CEO.
