Desert Land Group opened Toy Shack Storage in Bullhead City, Arizona. Forge Building Company built the facility. 

 

 

NSA, Moove In Partner on Growth

 

National Storage Affiliates Trust entered a joint venture with an affiliate of Investment Real Estate Management, one of NSA’s former PROs. The JV will deploy $350 million in capital over the next two years, targeting value-add investments. Properties acquired by the JV will be managed by IRE under the Moove In brand.

Gantry secured a $15 million permanent loan to finance the acquisition of a self storage facility in Snoqualmie, Washington. The property is managed by Store Here.

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation arranged $9.25 million in refinancing for a storage portfolio in Whiteville, North Carolina, for a family-owned commercial real estate firm.
