Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Self Storage of Vacaville in Vacaville, California, to Westport Properties. The seller was The Claremont Companies.

Public Storage Buys South Carolina Storage

Southeast Self Storage brokered the sale of Pack Rat – Bees Ferry in Charleston, South Carolina, to Public Storage.

Payne Appointed President of JustStorage

JustStorage appointed Dale Payne as president. Payne was previously senior vice president of business development at Self Storage Plus and he expanded third-party management at Life Storage.

Public Storage Expands Board, Names Petherbridge

Public Storage expanded its board of trustees to 13 with the appointment of Luke Petherbridge, the CEO of Link Logistics, a Blackstone Inc.-owned company that operates last-mile logistics real estate.
