Guardian Opens West Virginia New Build

Guardian Storage opened a new facility in Star City, West Virginia, near West Virginia University. ARCO/Murray was the builder.

Vantiva Unveils IoT Gateway

Vantiva launched the Vantiva IoT Commercial Gateway, a network infrastructure solution designed for commercial properties such as self storage. The gateway delivers site-wide connectivity with triband Wi-Fi 6E and five different IoT radios for Vantiva’s Smart Spaces solution.

Safeguard Completes 21st Florida Location

Talonvest Capital completed three independent loans for William Warren Group for properties in Flagstaff, Arizona, Ronkonkoma, New York, and Denver, Colorado, totaling $25.2 million.
