Compass Adds in Florida

 

Compass Self Storage opened a new storage facility in Eagle Lake, Florida, the company’s 33rd in the state.

 

Trojan Plans Apartments-Storage Combo

 

Trojan Storage received approval from the City of Los Angeles to construct a new self storage facility that is accompanied by a 25-unit apartment complex. The facility is in Sylmar.

 

Collins to Lead Store Space

 

Store Space Self Storage named David W. Collins president and chief operations officer. Collins joined the company in 2023 as chief marketing officer.

 

Marcus & Millichap Sells Tennessee Asset

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of All City Self Storage in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee.

 

Lindsey Brokers Multiple Sales

 

Lindsey Self Storage Group brokered the following sales:


•    Dillon Secure Storage in Dillon, South Carolina.
•    Gardmax Mini Storage in Sophia, North Carolina.

 

Storage Acquisition Sells in Kentucky

 

The Storage Acquisition Group brokered the sale of a CubeSmart-branded facility in Florence, Kentucky.  

 

Storage West Converting Utah Building

 

Storage West Temple intends to convert a Salt Lake City, Utah, downtown property to self storage, according to Building Salt Lake. The building is located within an opportunity zone.

 

Cedar Creek Buys in Oklahoma

 

Cedar Creek Capital acquired a storage facility in Moore, Oklahoma.

 

Connecticut Building Set for Conversion

 

Carrier Construction will convert a building in Bristol, Connecticut’s historic district into self storage and space for retail and commercial offices, according to the Hartford Business Journal.

 

Partnership Completes Massachusetts CubeSmart

 

DJSA Architects and Integrated Builders completed a new CubeSmart Self Storage in Hingham, Massachusetts.
