Devon Adds 32 to Management

 

Devon Self Storage assumed management of 32 storage properties in five southern states. The portfolio includes nine properties in Louisiana, eight in Mississippi, four in North Carolina, five in South Carolina and six in Texas. The properties increase Devon’s owned and managed portfolio by 27%. Devon is a member of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies.

 

Prime Storage Acquires 30 Properties

 

Prime Group Holdings acquired 30 self storage properties across 10 states in three separate portfolio transactions. The assets include a 14-property portfolio in the Hudson Valley region of New York, a 5-property portfolio in northern New Jersey, and an 11-property portfolio across eight Midwestern, Southeastern and Northeastern states. The properties will be operated under the Prime Storage brand.

Moove In Self Stroage acquired a storage facility in Ladysmith, Virginia. This is Moove In’s first facility in the state.

Matt Wess has joined Lindsey Self Storage Group as a broker in Colorado. Wess was previously manager of acquisitions at National Storage Affiliates.
