SecureSpace Self Storage opened two new facilities in Los Angeles, California. The facilities are SecureSpace Santa Fe Springs and SecureSpace Los Angeles Avalon.

 

 

 

 

Vantiva Launches Operations Management SaaS

 

Vantiva launched the Vantiva Smart Storage operations management platform. The version 1.0 allows self storage operators to monitor and control site portfolios in real time from anywhere. The software unifies sensors, HVAC, access control and more in a single dashboard. Vantiva Smart Storage is a SaaS solution.

 

West Coast to Manage Ironside’s Oregon Facility

 

Ironside Storage opened a new facility in Redmond, Oregon. The facility was designed by Designhaus Architects and developed by BECON Civil Engineering & Land Surveying and built by Uprite Construction. West Coast Self-Storage Group will manage operations.

 
Hines JV Buys Dallas Portfolio

 

A joint venture between Hines and Trez Capital received a $108 million loan with New York Life Real Estate Investors to finance a 13-property self storage portfolio across Dallas-Fort Worth.

 

Chicago Title Starts Storage Group

 

Chicago Title National Commercial Services California launched Chicago Title National Self-Storage Group to provide various services for single and multi-site storage transactions. Offerings include title insurance, legal document recording and 1031 exchanges.

 

U-Haul Buys New Orlando Facility

 

U-Haul acquired a facility in Orlando, Florida. Summit Construction Group sold the asset for $12.8 million, and U-Haul purchased the facility in its final stage of development.

 

Moove In Buys Delaware Storage

 

Moove In Self Storage acquired a property in Lewes, Delaware. Moove In has more than 80 locations.

 

Midcoast Sells Georgia Asset

 

Midcoast Properties brokered the sale of St. Marys Self Storage in St. Marys Georgia. The facility sold to a national operator.

 

SkyView Brokers Arizona Sale

 

SkyView Advisors brokered the sale of 24-7 Automated Storage in Casa Grande, Arizona.

 

Prime Heads to British Columbia

 

Prime Group Holdings made its first investment in the British Columbia market with the acquisition of a property in the Vancouver suburb of Burnaby, British Columbia.
