Midgard Expands Use of StoreEase Technology

 

Midgard Self Storage has expanded StoreEase’s Virtual Technology solution after a short pilot period that began in October. The expansion uses a hybrid approach with Midgard’s Virtual Managers platform to answer phones and greet customers at the property level. Virtual managers are supported by physical managers onsite. Midgard is owned and operated by Reliant Real Estate Management.

 

Janus Begins Manufacturing in Poland

 

Janus International Group has opened a new manufacturing facility in Wroclaw, Poland. The facility will serve as a European hub for the manufacturing and distribution of self storage door and partition systems, portable units and access control solutions.

Lockhart Management Group and Top Hat Commercial Real Estate sold a facility in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida, to Prime Storage. The property received its certificate of occupancy in October.

Gelt Ventures sold South Pasadena Storage in South Pasadena, California, to an institutional buyer. The sale marks Gelt’s fist disposition in the storage sector.

 

Joule Opens Pro-Storage in Texas

 

Joule Capital Ventures opened a facility in Jacksonville, Texas, called Pro-Storage of Jacksonville, according to Biznow. The facility was previously a distribution center.
