Rosewood Buys 3 Southwest Assets

Rosewood Property Company acquired three self storage assets in three Southwest cities. The assets are in Vista, California, Tempe, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada.

William Warren Refis with Talonvest

Talonvest Capital and William Warren Group closed two separate transactions totaling $67 million in permanent loans for properties in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida and Nevada.

KO Storage Chooses CallPotential

CallPotential has been selected by KO Storage, to provide internal call center operations. KO Storage is present in 24 states with 200+ facilities.

Versal Sells New Mexico Property

Versal brokered the sale of American Self Storage in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, Logan Foster and Hugh Horne represented the private investors in an off-market transaction.

CBRE Brokers Florida Sale

CBRE brokered the sale of Barefoot Mini Storage in Micco, Florida for $6.85 million. Andover Properties was the buyer. CBRE represented the seller, a private investor.

MakoRabco Invests in Safety

MakoRabco has created a Safety Division, which will provide comprehensive training to ensure subcontractors are certified in top safety standards, provide essential safety topics in English and Spanish, and provide on-site safety experts inspecting and monitoring job sites.

StorTropolis Opens 6th Location

Hunt Midwest is building its sixth StorTropolis in Olathe, Kansas. The project is expected to open in September 2024.

Marcus & Millichap Makes Colorado Deal

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 7.5-acre parcel in Windsor, Colorado with city approved plans for a storage facility. Thomas Parsons and Adam Schlosser marketed the property on behalf of a land developer. The buyer was a local investment group.

InSite Buys Seattle Storage

InSite Property Group acquired a storage facility in Seattle, Washington’s Greenwood district. The property traded for $30 million. The seller was affiliated with Nickerson Properties, LLC.

Team Opens Long Island Facility

Blumenfeld Development Group and The Hampshire Companies opened a new storage facility in Roslyn Heights, on Long Island in New York. Extra Space Storage will operate the property.

SecureSpace Completes Manhattan Property

SecureSpace Self Storage opened SecureSpace Manhattan in New York. SecureSpace is based in Redondo Beach, California.
