Ares Management Corp. acquired two storage facility in Rockville, Maryland, from Washington Property Co. for $34.4 million. SecureSpace Self Storage will operate the properties.

•    A seven-property portfolio operating under the America Self Storage brand to Prestige Self Storage. All seven properties are in Alabama.
•    Value Storage Units of Pass Christian in Pass Christian, Mississippi, to The Lauderdale Group. MPASS, LLC was the seller.
