Platinum Storage Buys Tennessee Location

 

Platinum Storage Group purchased a newly developed facility in Spring Hill, Tennessee, for $10 million from Inkana Development. 

 

Marcus & Millichap Releases Texas Market Reports

 

Marcus & Millichap published its Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth Self Storage Investment Forecast Report for 2026. The Austin report shows the population expanded by 2.6%, employment growth remains positive, and storage vacancy rose to its highest level since 2018 but it's projected to ease. The Dallas report shows that northern suburbs continue to attract in-migration, development is accelerating, and employment growth remains strong.
