ARCO/Murray Opens Trojan Storage Asset

 

ARCO/Murray partnered with Trojan Storage for a new facility in Englewood, New Jersey. Trojan Storage will own and operate the facility.

 

 

 

Sunbird to Manage North Carolina Storage

 

Williams Development Group, opened a new facility in Clemmons, North Carolina. Sunbird Storage Management will operate the facility. 

 

LSC Opens Illinois Development

 

LSC Development LLC opened a new facility in Bensenville, Illinois. Extra Space Storage manages the property.

 

SkyView Brokers Michigan Deal

 

SkyView Advisors brokered the sale of Acme Safe Storage in Williamsburg, Michigan. 

 

SurePoint Plans The Woodlands Asset

 

SurePoint Development will develop a new storage facility in The Woodlands, Texas.

 

Marcus & Millichap Brokers Deals

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the following sales:

 

  • AllStore Center Self Storage in South San Francisco, California. The buyer was Baranof Holdings. 

  • Blackhorse Storage in Cypress, Texas. 

 

SmartStop Buys Two Facilities

 

SmartStop Self Storage REIT acquired facilities in Houston, Texas, and Vancouver, British Columbia.  

 

10 Federal Refis Portfolio

 

10 Federal Storage secured a $33.5 million loan to refinance a portfolio of 13 properties. Affinius Capital provided the loan.

 

Spartan Buys in Washington

 

Spartan Investment Group acquired a storage facility in Lake Stevens, Washington. 

 

Sacramento Storage Planned

 

Texas Investment Company LLC plans to develop a storage facility in East Sacramento, California. 

 

Baillargeon Joins Moove In

 

Investment Real Estate Group of Companies hired Michael Baillargeon as director of operations. IREGC operates Moove In Self Storage. 

 

Partnership Starts On Florida Development

 

Blackfin Partners, The Feldman Companies and RSG Development broke ground on a storage facility in Haines City, Florida.
