Devon Opens Southern Facilities

 

Inland Real Estate Investment Corp. and Devon Self Storage opened new facilities in Holly Hill, Florida, (pictured) and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. These are the 13th and 14th storage developments across four separate private offerings.

 

 

 

 

Pogoda Adds 2 to Management

 

Pogoda Companies will manage National Storage Owosso-Shiawassee and National Storage Owosso – South Gould, both in Owosso, Michigan.

 

Andover Originated $250M in Lending

 

Andover Lending originated $250 million in bridge and construction loans since launching less than a year ago. The platform is a partnership between Andover Properties and TPG Angelo Gordon.

MV Investment is raising its 8th capital fund. In 2024, MV Investment closed five significant deals and entered new markets and two new states.

 

Storage Units Capital Hires Quibodeaux

 

Storage Units Capital hired Brian Quibodeaux as an internal wholesaler. He will build relationships with financial intermediaries and facilitate expansion for the self storage real estate investment and management firm.

 

Freedman Named CIO at SROA Capital


SROA Capital LLC, appointed Julie Freedman to chief innovation officer. She will spearhead marketing strategy, brand positioning and communications.

 

Spartan Buys Two Oregon Assets

 

Spartan Investment Group acquired two storage facilities in Salem, Oregon.

 

Gantry Sources Mixed-Use Refi

 

Gantry secured a $9.5 million loan to refinance Columbia Crossings, a mixed-use property that includes self storage with three marinas and commercial space in Portland, Oregon. The borrower was a private investor.
