StoragePRO Acquires SIMI

StoragePRO Management Inc. acquired Storage Investment Management Inc. (SIMI) and the company’s portfolio of 20 managed properties. StoragePRO is headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, and manages over 140 properties.

U-Haul Opens in Panama City Beach

U-Haul opened U-Haul Moving & Storage of Panama City Beach, Florida. It’s the 172nd company-owned store in the state.

Chicagoland County Approves Storage

McHenry County, Illinois, voted to approve Prairie Enterprises plan to develop self storage at the former Flowerwood Nursery site, according to Shaw Local News Network.

JLL Brokers Texas Sale

JLL Capital Markets brokered the sale of a storage facility in McAllen, Texas. Bakke Development and Batson-Cook Development Company were the sellers, and Reframe Holdings was the buyer. Extra Space Storage will manage the facility.
