BriteLock Self Storage opened a facility in Buckeye, Arizona. Colorado-based BriteLock Self Storage now has three facilities in Arizona, Utah and Colorado.

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Airline Storage in Victoria, Texas. The seller was a Texas-based LLC and the buyer was a Pennsylvania-based LLC.

Buchanan Buys California Site

Buchanan Street Partners acquired a property in Upland, California, with plans to redevelop the site into self storage.

Boardwalk Promotes Steverson

Boardwalk Development Group promoted Doug Steverson to chief operating officer. He was previously director of acquisitions. Boardwalk Development Group owns and operates Boardwalk Self Storage.

O’Neill Joins IREGC

Kathleen O’Neill has joined Investment Real Estate Group of Companies as director of marketing.

Abernathey Building Three in Arizona

Abernathey Holdings is developing self storage facilities in Gilbert, Goodyear and Laveen, Arizona. All are expected to be complete by fall 2025.

DXC Opens Long Island Storage

DXD Capital opened a new storage facility on Long Island, New York. Extra Space will manage the asset in Huntington Station.
