Commercial mortgage banking firm Gantry secured a $12 million loan to refinance Lockaway Storage in San Antonio, Texas.

Vantiva launched the Vantiva Peek, a smart camera with integrated motion, humidity and temperature sensors designed for self storage units. The endpoint devices have network connectivity infrastructure and device management software to be a complete in-unit monitoring solution.

 

REITS Announce Earnings Dates

 

The publicly traded storage REITs will soon announce earnings for the 2nd quarter of 2024. Here are the dates:

•    Extra Space Storage will release financial results on Tuesday, July 30.
•    Public Storage will release earnings results Tuesday, July 30.
•    CubeSmart will release financial results on Thursday, Aug. 1.
•    National Storage Affiliates will release financial results on Monday, August 5.

 

Moove In Expanding in Pennsylvania
