MV Investment Bets on NC Coast

 

MV Investment completed a facility in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. Since 2018, MV Investment has developed and sold 16 facilities in five states.

 

10 Federal Nearing Fund Goal

 

10 Federal’s Fourth Self Storage offering received $21 million in equity during the third quarter. Total capital raised in the offering is $80 million. 10 Federal has a $100 million year-end target.

 

Rosewood Buys in Arizona

 

Rosewood Property Co. acquired a storage facility in Tucson, Arizona from Verdad Real Estate for $19 million, according to Multi-Housing News.

 

Copper Launches Investment Fund

 

Copper Storage Group launched a self storage investment fund, allowing accredited investors to engage in facility acquisition.

 

Storage Solutions Opens Washington Store

 

Storage Solutions opened Storage Solutions Riverside in Chattaroy, Washington. West Cost Self-Storage Group will operate the facility.

 

New Go Store It Opens

 

Go Store It opened a new facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Go Store It is an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, also based in Charlotte.

 

Bee Safe Proposes Asheville Location

 

Bee Safe Storage proposed a storage facility in Asheville, North Carolina.

 

SecureSpace Opens in Philly

 

SecureSpace Self Storage opened SecureSpace Philadelphia Glenwood. It’s SecureSpace’s first store in Philadelphia proper.

 

Massachusetts Facility Moves Ahead

 

Sovereign Builders received planning board approval for a storage facility in Westfield, Massachusetts.

 

U-Haul Adding in Colorado

 

Amerco Real Estate plans to build a new U-Haul facility in Westminster, Colorado.

 

Superior Plans Michigan Store

 

Superior Storage Group LLC intends to build a self storage facility in Dexter, Michigan.
