JLL Arranges Loan on NYC Asset

 

JLL Capital Markets arranged a $47 million loan for Storage Post East Village in Manhattan’s East Village neighborhood. The loan was provided by Nuveen Real Estate. 

 

 

 

 

 

Marcus & Millichap Negotiates Texas Sale

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Reliant Storage in Portland, Texas. The seller was the original Texas-based property developer.

 

ARCO Names New Co-CEOs

 

ARCO Design/Build announced that Jake Stefan, president and CEO, Rob Steigerwald, CEO, are retiring. Nick Hasapes and Joe Matthews have been promoted to serve as co-CEOs. 

 

Storage Post Sponsors Bowl Game

 

Storage Post Self Storage will sponsor the 2025 Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl taking place at Yankee Stadium Dec. 27. The game features Clemson University and Penn State University. 

 

BOSS Celebrates 25 Years

 

BOSS Facility Services is marking its 25th anniversary in 2026. BOSS is a facility management company focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, janitorial, construction and remodeling. 

 

Cubby Partners with Ai Lean

 

Cubby has partnered with Ai Lean, whose software automates the lien-to-auction process. The integration automates delinquency and lien workflows with Cubby’s software.

SkyView Advisors brokered the following sales:


Keepers Self-Storage in New York City.
A four-property Storelocal Portfolio in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

 

Pogoda Buys in Michigan

 

Pogoda Companies acquired Waterford Storage House in Waterford, Michigan. The facility has been rebranded under the National Storage flag.


 
Versal Sells Lone Star Centers

 

Versal brokered the sale of two Lone Star Storage Center properties in Bryan and Cypress, Texas, to Morningstar Properties.
