Moove In Moves to New York

 

Investment Real Estate acquired a storage facility in Pawling, New York. The property will be rebranded to Moove In Self Storage.

 

 

 

 

Marcus & Millichap Conducts Utah Sale

 

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 24-7 Automated Storage in Logan, Utah. The seller was a regional investment company, and the buyer was a regional owner-operator.

 

SmartStop Unveils Mobile App

 

SmartStop Self Storage REIT rolled out its mobile app available at all 220 locations across the U.S. and Canada.

 

MV Investment Building in Mississippi

 

MV Investment will build a self storage facility in Oxford, Mississippi, its first location in the state. CubeSmart will manage the property.

 

Versal Brokers Corpus Christi Sale

 

Versal brokered the sale of Overflow Garage in Corpus Christi, Texas. Cumbia Real Estate Holding was the seller.

 

Meridian Sells Alabama Facility

 

Meridian Storage Group brokered the sale of a storage facility in Montgomery, Alabama.

 

Developer At Work in Florida

 

Shadowbrook Development is building a storage facility in Boynton Beach, Florida. Extra Space Storage will manage the property.

 

Boxwell to Offer Hallway Systems

 

Boxwell will offer hallway systems for indoor storage. Boxwell currently offers portable containers, relocatable storage units and roll-up doors.

 

Rapid Building Outside Orlando

 

Rapid Companies is building a new storage facility in Haines City, Florida, for CCS Construction.
