ARCO/Murray and Quinlan Development Group completed a self storage facility in South Orange, New Jersey. Extra Space Storage will operate the facility.

The Carlyle Group and Sabharwal Properties secured a $100 million loan to refinance a four-property storage portfolio in New York City, according to The Real Deal. PGIM Real Estate provided the debt.
