Rosewood Buys in Arizona

Rosewood Property Company acquired a storage facility in Tucson, Arizona, its first in the state. Extra Space Storage will continue to manage the property.

Sauls Brokers Georgia Asset

Sauls Storage Group brokered the sale of West Georgia Mini Warehouses in Carrolton, Georgia. Mike Patterson represented the seller. The buyer was a Texas investment group.

Safeguard Building in Long Island

Safeguard Self Storage acquired land for a new facility on Long Island, New York, in Levittown. Construction will begin in July.

Marcus & Millichap Brokers Houston Deal

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Space City Self Storage in Houston, Texas. Dave Knobler and Charles “Chico” LeClaire marketed the property on behalf of a Houston-based LLC. The buyer was an Arizona-based REIT.

Hembree Joins MakoRabco

Misty Hembree has joined MakoRabco as a regional sales and business development associate. Hembree was previously with Janus International.

Go Store It Plans LA Location

Charlotte-based Madison Capital Group received a $13.67 million construction loan from Byline Bank to build a new facility in Paramount, California. The property will be branded Go Store It.

Connecticut Facility Gets Funding

EagleBridge Capital arranged a $22 million loan for a storage facility under construction in Redding, Connecticut. Brian Walsh was in charge of the assignment.

Ohio Conversion for Storage Sense

A dormant Kmart in Fairborn, Ohio, will be converted to storage and branded as Storage Sense. The shopping center has been vacant for six years.

Moove In Plans Grocery Conversion

Moove In Self Storage acquired a vacant grocery store in Dover, Pennsylvania, that it plans to convert to self storage. Plans call for an additional new building.

Versal Brokers Texas Sale

Versal brokered the sale of Clark Self Storage in Floresville, Texas. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, Logan Foster and Hugh Horne represented the seller, 701 Eagle Creek, LLC, and procured the Texas-based buyer, Walnut Creek Interests, LTD.

SkyView Manages North Carolina Transaction

SkyView Advisors brokered the sale of West Lake Self Storage in Denver, North Carolina. Codey Dalton, Aaron Sanchez and Scott Schoettlin managed the transaction.
